After going through a divorce with 3 very young children, I decided

that a divorce didn't mean my life was over, it just meant that now things were going to look differently. I took this opportunity to heal and create

the life I wanted! That was NO easy task!!

As a certified divorce coach, I am extremely passionate about helping women navigate through divorce, heal and build a new life. I remember

that being a difficult part for myself post divorce as to what I wanted out

of life for myself, now that I am single.

It is normal to have a range of emotions from anger to grief.

family looked like.
